Surface Cleaning

This process involves removing surface dirt and grime from the painting without damaging the existing paint layers.

Varnish Removal

Sometimes old or yellowing varnish can hide the true colors and details of a painting. A conservator can carefully remove the old varnish and apply a new, conservation grade resin.

If a painting has tears, holes, or other structural damages, a conservator can repair them to prevent further deterioration.
